As a brunch guru, it's important for me to know the different twists and variations there are on traditional brunch cocktails. With my favorite being the Bellini, I knew I wanted to create a pretty and very tart concoction combining one of my go-to fruits and of course, champagne. You really can't go wrong with raspberries, Triple Sec and Chandon! It really is the perfect cocktail to be sipping by the pool regardless of whichever coast you're on, and the raspberry and triple sec ingredients gives it the perfect summer (and The Gilded Bellini) flair.
